Donors and volunteers play a vital role in improving and extending RPT's capacity to implement all the services we provide. Private funding has always played an important part in the history of our organisation, giving it the flexibility to adapt to the circumstances of the young people we serve. Without our teams of volunteers much of the work we do would grind to a halt. All help to foster the idea of a community that doesn't wish to leave the most deprived behind. RPT is deeply grateful for the generosity in time and treasure that helps keep us going.

The generosity of our supporters is exceptional. Many live a stone's throw away, some are old Rugbeans some are people who know about our work. They give their time as volunteers, fund-raise for us, sit on our committees, run marathons. Our volunteers and supporters also introduce us to other funders. They truly make a difference.
